1086 - High Insulated Window system
Window 1086 is based on a strong and stable construction with 86 mm deep profiles. These are basic insulated with 42 mm glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. For optimized energy performance it can be fitted with special insulation strips Sapa Thermo N9 and is then called Window 1086 SX. 1086 and 1086 SX rebate for glass 22-56 (64) mm, 1086 PX 35-55 mm. The window can be easily combined with Glazed Element 3086.
The design of Sapa Window 1086 outward opening is based on the same principles as the Sapa Window 1086 inward oping presented above. The profiles are 86 mm deep and basically well insulated with 42 mm glass fiber reinforced polyamide. The glazing bead allows glass unit thickness of 20-56 (64) mm. This window can easily be installed into the Sapa Glazed Elements 3086.

Despite its retro look, the window system meets modern standards of quality and thermal insulation The slender frame and sash profiles create an elegant look that also lets in maximum light.
Sapa Window 1086 Vintage is based on the popular Thermo 86 design with 86 mm deep aluminium profiles. These are insulated with 42 mm glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide strips and meet the highest classes of airtightness and watertightness, with a very low U-value. This rustic-style aluminium window combines good durability, minimal maintenance and long life. It can be specified in fixed or inward-opening configurations with the option of concealed hinges, or as a block window with stepped glazing that conceals the frames from the outside, creating a larger exterior glazed area. Windows can be fitted with glazing bars, and sashes can be bent into circular or semi-circular shapes.

Our insulated window system for sandwich panel has a profile depth of 86 mm and uses 42 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. The design of the inside gasket and the insulating strip optimises the insulation of the profiles. The frame profile is adapted for installation in sandwich panel wall structures consisting of sheet metal and insulation material. The inside is complemented with a casing made of an aluminium profile specially developed for different wall thicknesses. The sash and cross-bar profiles are available in different widths.
