2086 - High insulated Door system

The 2086 door system is a part of our Thermo 86 systems and is based on a strong and stable construction with 86 mm deep profiles. These are basic insulated with 42 mm glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips and filled with specially developed insulating rods Sapa Thermo N9 for optimal energy performance. The system offers very good air and rain tightness. Door leaf profiles are available for narrow and module locks as well as with anti-finger trap. Rebate for glass and infill panels 22-56 (64) mm.

Operated with the handle of the Spaniard. With the handle in the closed position, the arc with friction is held in the desired ventilation position. In order to spare the arch and the hinges, the window brake slips when overloaded. With the handle in the open position, the bow has clearance. The retention friction increases at a larger opening angle.

Our insulated door system has a profile depth of 86 mm and uses 42 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. The frame profile is adapted for installation in light wall structures consisting of sheet metal and insulation material. The inside is complemented with a casing made of an aluminium profile specially developed for different wall thicknesses. Door leaf profiles are available for all types of locks.

2086 high-isolated doors can be made in version Standard, SX, Plus or Extreme depending on the desired energy and weather performance levels.

Sapa 2086 doors with E-frame offer otherwise the same choice of profiles and design solutions as standard Sapa 2086 doors.

Our automatic 2086 sliding doors are insulated and based on a stable solution. The profiles has a profile depth of 74 mm and uses 30 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. The fixed parts can be made of the system 3086 (the most common choice) or the façade systems 4150, 4150 SX, 4150 SSG och 5050 SG. In 3086 system the top frame element can be made of different profiles adapted for various automatic devices available on the market.

Sapa Folding Door 2086 is available in outward- or inward performance and allows large openings with up to 6 foldable door leafs, with or without pass door. The door leafs are interconnected with hinges on the inside or the outside and hang on roller fittings along the top edge. The door is opened by folding the door leafs together on the inside or the outside to form a package by the frame side. Door 2086 has 86 mm deep profiles, basic insulation level with 42 mm of glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips.
